The Interbranch Employee Club (IEC) Privacy Statement
The IEC hereby confirms
that it respects the privacy of its members. The Society further confirms
that personal information such as its member’s name, account number will be
used only for the purpose of providing IEC products or services to its
members, to collect membership fees when due and to maintain a record of an
active membership list.
As a member
of the IEC, we require the above information to allow us to process your
requests for products available through the IEC and to confirm your active
membership so that we can accurately deliver the product requested or
accurately collect your membership dues.
If you
enter a contest or draw or participate in a promotion, the IEC will only
advise that information which may be required by a third party
in order that they can assist the IEC in undertaking and administering the
contest or promotion. However, should any member wish to not have such
information provided to a third party and written restriction has been
provided to the IEC Administration Office, the information will not be
provided. Under no circumstances will the member bank account information
ever be provided to a third party.
The IEC
will honor any request you may make to have access to or review your
personal information that it has obtained as referred to above.
If you have
any questions or concerns about the IEC’s privacy practices or you do not
wish to allow us to use your personal information in any manner discussed
above, you may contact us in writing at the above address.

IEC members are now
required to complete and submit their ticket or membership application
forms via the Interbranch courier due to the new Privacy Legislation Act
and for account security purposes. Forms are to be printed off the website
and sent directly to Bernie Fulkerth - IEC Administrator c/o transit #420
with your personal cheque attached.
